LJ Services were subcontracted to provide complete mechanical electrical, building management and energy solutions for the newly constructed Brimbank City Council Offices, in outer Melbourne.
Currently under construction, a Honeywell WEBs AX Building Management System was engineered to provide full integration to HVAC, Lighting, Power Systems, Fire Services and monitoring of Hydraulic and Electrical services for metering purposes.
